Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 30, 2026At Pixril, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our AI Agents and services. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have established the following refund guidelines to protect the integrity of our intellectual property.
1. Digital Products (AI Agents & Workflows)
All sales of downloadable Digital Products are final.
Once an AI Agent, n8n Workflow, or template has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases unless:
- The product file is technically corrupted and cannot be fixed by our support team.
- The product is materially different from the description provided on the product page.
Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer need the product after downloading.
2. Custom Services (Web Dev & Automation)
For custom projects (such as website development or custom AI bot creation), refunds are handled as follows:
- Cancellation before work begins: 100% Refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation during the project: A partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- After Delivery: Once the final project is delivered, reviewed, and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Please include a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.
4. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. The funds will be returned to your original payment method (Credit Card/Bank Account) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
