Welcome to Pixril. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://www.pixril.com and the purchase of our digital products (AI Agents, n8n Workflows) and professional services.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services & Products

Pixril provides two main types of offerings:

• Digital Products: Pre-built downloadable assets such as AI Agents, n8n JSON workflows, and automation templates.
• Professional Services: Custom 2D Illustration, 3D Animation, Website Development, and bespoke Automation implementation.

2. Payments and Billing

All prices listed on our website are in USD or PKR. We accept payments through secure third-party gateways including Safepay and Payoneer.

• Digital Products: Payment is required in full before the download link is provided.
• Custom Services: A deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and approval.

We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment partners.

3. Delivery Policy

For Digital Products:
Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate download link via email. If you do not receive the link within 15 minutes, please contact support@pixril.com.

For Custom Services:
Delivery timelines depend on the project scope and will be defined in your specific project proposal or invoice. Typical timelines are:

• 2D/3D Assets: 3-7 Business Days
• Web Development: 7-14 Business Days
• Custom AI Automation: 5-10 Business Days

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (Non-Refundable):
Due to the nature of digital goods (instant download access), all sales of AI Agents and n8n Workflows are final and non-refundable. Please review the product description and compatibility requirements carefully before purchasing.

Custom Services:
Refunds for services are handled as follows:

• If you cancel before work begins: 100% refund.
• If work has commenced: Refunds are pro-rated based on the work completed.
• Once the final project is delivered and approved: No refunds are issued.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Pixril Assets: The code, design, and logic of our pre-built AI Agents remain the intellectual property of Pixril. You are granted a license to use them for your business, but you may not resell or redistribute the raw source code as your own product.

Client Projects: Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for custom-created assets (logos, websites, specific automations) are transferred to the Client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixril shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI Agents or automation workflows. While we test our agents rigorously, it is the user's responsibility to monitor their AI systems to prevent errors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. Pixril and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
